Wow! Thought I’d gain weight last week because I was on a cruise - but truthfully, I couldn’t eat or drink the first three days because I fell on some stairs the first day and split open my lip and needed three stitches to staunch the bleeding. Whatever it takes, lol.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
