My weight problem has spiralled out of control the last four months have been even. Harder coming to think about it it's ever since the pandemic began life has become more challenging ....the future seems bleak anxiety & stress up the roof so weight gain has been massive 10 kgs from over weight to super obese but now it's time to take the bull by the horn & loose it in two months we shall see
On a low cal healthy 800 cal diet
176.4 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think a lot of people are feeling stressed just now. And often food is a crutch. I hope you can find some support here and a place to de-stress even a little bit.
