Weight loss slowed a little in the past week and for two days I've been getting the urge to snack mid-morning (didn't cave into the urge). It's like my body has figured out what's going on and is saying 'Oi, what are you doing? You're not feeding me the carbs I like ... go on and eat, you know that you want to. I have been ignoring this and sticking with the diet even when I went to a staff meeting the other morning, food was provided, none of it good, pastries, croissants with ham and cheese, yogurt with syrupy fruit dollops on top. I stuck with my black coffee and other staff thought I was odd 🙂
