It was a challenge yesterday trying to find something keto-low carb friendly for lunch in the local shopping centre. It's all bread, pasta, noodles and rice ... a whole world of no. I eventually settled on a small Teriyaki chicken salad from a sushi place. With around 1 cup of chicken and a shredded cabbage salad it was the healthiest option.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
