Oh no! I have been going up dramatically over the last couple of weeks. I have been overeating and eating too much junk. I need to turn it around starting now. In the past, keeping it simple has really worked for me. Just eat three moderately-sized meals and don't snack/eat besides those three meals. I can have one healthy snack like fruits and vegetables. I will start keeping track of what I eat in Fatsecret again and try to not eat more than 400K per meal. I want to be at 160 by May 1st.
