Last time I did 'keto' I was successful at losing weight but not as well as I am this time around. I guess last time must have been more like lazy keto. This time I am paying more attention to the carbs and I can see a distinct difference.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
