Ha! Even a weekend indulging at a resort in Kananaskis didn't stop my momentum this week. Adding another 500 daily steps to my goal this week and another flight of stairs
251.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
