Weighing in on Mondays is abit hard. You work well during the weekend and your scale agrees but then comes the weekend and takes some of that away 😂. This pushes me to work even harder though, and helps me behave even more on weekends.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
