Exercise is working, just walking but it is making a difference. I wish I could afford a fitness tracker to see my step count but the Pokémon app works well enough and I get to play while exercising ... all good for me :)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have an app on my phone called Pedometer Step Counter. Its free. It runs in the background during the day and counts your steps, its very handy.
