Yesterdays exercise, swam 1.5km in the morning and ran over five miles in the afternoon accounted for 1150 calories. I'm delighted to have found that my weekend excesses have already been nullified by midweek - Being something of a pessimist I was expecting it to take ages. On my run I took over two minutes off my best low HR time to do it it 1H and 45 seconds. This low HR running training seems to work well for me.
Today will be more of a rest day maybe a walk plus kettlebells and home exercises and back to a 500 calorie deficit target.
Stay safe and have a good one
