I gave my dodgy knee a workout yesterday by taking on the 4km walk I used to do prior to injuring it just over a year ago. I didn't push for too much speed and the knee held up okay. I'm happy now that I can walk for exercise again. Food wise I'm not eating nearly as much, just not getting hungry, it must be the keto. If my body has switched to using fat for fuel it's got plenty more to burn, I'm still like the camel storing fat for fuel with the hump at the front - I can't wait to lose the belly. I had a random child come up to me in a park a couple of weeks ago and ask me why my belly was so big. I told her it was because I was fat. The girl's skinny mum apologised profusely. I wasn't offended but it did give me another level of motivation to stick with the diet.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
