I'm hating these little red arrows! hoping my early morning weigh in can catch up with weekend weigh in! my end goal is to be 62 flat by the end of the month at least. I'm trying to cut my eating window to 8.30 vs 9 for this week. This is really helping me eliminate extra snacking. I feel so gross about myself at the moment even though I can feel my body changing. its just seeing my old weight of 54 and being this much heavier is really a downer. but i knew this would take time, just having a frustrating moment :-(
