fat 41.1% went astray due to some house parties held lately but this weigh-in in all fairness is after breakfast and snack. I am following some rules in the Viva Mayr diet which include: chewing food for about 30-40 chews, not eating after 6pm, not eating raw after 4pm so dinner is a cooked meal, and no drinking during lunch except for a glass of wine, which will be consumed either with lunch or dinner, once only. water or tea in between, and having a glass of water on waking up. at least 15 minutes of exercise which gets you to sweat. tummy at belly 36.5"(93cm) bust 38"(96.5cm) hips 43"(109 cm) hoping to get a flatter stomach!
