The day that the water retention is going away!!! Wooohooo.. I'll be back in the gym soon! After the holidays... Holidays made me reset my healthy habits!!!!
142.2 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
