Still feeling so anxious, scared and worried. Crazy dreams at night so my deep sleep is not restful. Diet wise- trying to keep within my 1600 calorie allowance. Feeling bitchy. Sorry to dump here....
293.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's your journal Lynda no apology needed. So sorry for your distress, are you taking any medication that might be causing these dreams and anxiety? Hope things get better soon. 🍁

I take Melatonin and also have meds for anxiety that I take at night, it helps me to get to sleep. But sometimes I wake up at 3-4 am and I am wide awake. I also use meditation and relaxation methods to help me sleep. But when I am super stressed nothing works.

Do not hesitate to dump when needed. You have some valid reasons for being anxious. I hope you can find something to help you manage the stresses so you can get some restful sleep. Maybe you could talk to your primary care provider or your pharmacist to see if any of your supplements or meds could be interacting and making it difficult for you to sleep. Best wishes to you!
