Morning Peak Flow 400
Happy Wednesday Everyone!
***EDIT*** We are going to McDonald's to let the boys play on the play place tonight. With it being Spring Break here and none of the normal classes (catechism, tae kwon do, etc..) out of home, plus my husband is short the managers for his two largest departments (so he's basically doing 3 peoples jobs atm- which means no time to do our normal out of home stuff). It's not a perfect solution but theres a mcdees with a play place about half a mile from our home. It gets us all out of the house and lets the boys see some new faces momentarily. I had to be careful with my breakfast and lunch to keep my daily intake under 1300. And no snacking lol. Last time I told myself ide just bet a salad and one burger... totally didn't happen, so this time I'm planning for my normal meal =p
