Power went off last night- I use a CPAP- so when I didn't get any air I woke up FAST! So I had to wait until this morning before it came back on. Then went back to bed. Ended up sleeping until 11:30am. Messed up my day. Took care of making my medication and vitamin dispenser boxes for the next 2 weeks. I made some granola for me to snack on and for my Greek yogurt. House smells good- cinnamon and honey. Not a good food choices today-but you'll have this.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
