It is amazing how effective phase one is at removing pounds of fat. I didn't have far to go when I started last friday, but had stubborn belly flab-- and constant weight for several weeks, despite maintaining a healthy diet. But with phase 1, in a week I have lost most of the fat I was aiming to get rid of. I really feel like it has made a noticable change.
I feel I have another couple pounds of fat left, and about 6 days left on phase one. I am really glad I tried the SB diet. It has worked great so far.
