Seminggu ini gak Olahraga sama sekali krn lg PMS,, makan ttp defisit tp gak pake ditimbang krn sudah tau porsinya sbrpa n bisa dikira² ttp defisit.. eehh ttp turun ternyata.. hehehe Alhamdulillah..
179.5 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.6 lb a week
