Ten kilos in ten months, it would have been more if I hadn't got slack with my diet for a while. I feel like I'm back on track now. I just had to get myself focussed and into the right headspace for keto again.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
