Ate Chinese take out last night. I actually check the calories count on line and picked the higher count for my food log. The soy sauce and MSG did me in. hands and feet swollen this am. Lesson learned - make it at home. Oh well - carry on McDuff! Oh BTW- the insurance company still has not approved the heart cath- go figure. I just hope the doctor isn't mad at me for refusing to sign the financial paper stating I would pay if the insurance did not cover it. Can you imagine how much it costs??? I would have a heart attack when the bill arrived.
301.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
