it's been a stressful time, and I'm actualy kinda relieved I didn't gain weight. When I get stressed, I eat less, but of the wrong thing. For example, I might only have breakfast and a snack, but that doesn't do a whole lot of good when breakfast was a ton of ice cream and the snack was some cookies or chicken wings... I'll have to work on that.
