My body responded well to the huge protein intake it seems. I thought I'd be maintaining or gaining. I may yet still, but I'm .8 away from my goal weight. Then I have to learn about maintenance. It's really been a week that savaged my will and energy, but I find that so much stress and negative emotions is worked away at the gym. I'm so relaxed afterward, and my blood pressure is perceivably better.
