Did a CN plus ate normally for a couple of days to reduce the volume of meat I have lying around... new fridge-freezer comes tomorrow :-) Been taking honey too as I have a lingering cough after my cold, which I'm still recovering from. Back to a small OMAD now but taking that honey won't be doing my insulin levels any good. Can't keep coughing though :-(
