i don't know what is wrong with me? i guess because i dont poop yet that's why it is getting higher hmm okay.. i always fasting 20 hours a day but for my meal it's a bit adjusted sometime different day different menu:) but i weghed in after 12 minutes of running,chin up,push up,sit up,and shuttle run therefore it may affect my weight though... and my height 162,3 cm on todays binlat
121.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
