I fell off the wagon last couple weeks. After cutting our sweets and sodas and getting into a caloric deficit and not seeing results for weeks I kinda gave up and look what happened I gained 5 pounds! Today I’m starting keto. My first goal is to get to 200 (pre-baby weight).
