weight wise back to square one, I haven't been diligent in tracking and well I've been on a weird sugar binge. Gut flora is definitely been unbalanced. My schedule is unbalanced as well so that makes sense. Today I decided while I'm teaching(my 3 homeschooled children)I'll do some light weight lifts and Yoga stretches. Made Beef Curry with chickpeas for lunch, no pictures no tracking yet. I'll work my way into a disciplined schedule once I figure it out. 20lb is all i need to lose, feels like a lot but it will be done. :)
