Increased my water intake 10-fold and trying to watch my carb consumption. Still hungry a lot of the time. Need to find better low carb fillers than cheese! Staying away from the Atkins bars, but the shakes do help with the sugar cravings as well as the sugar free jello pudding. Working out on weights at least 3 times a week now, which feels really great. Going to try to increase my exercise time in the weeks to come. Hoping to start seeing the pounds melting off soon. Lake season is only 3 months away!!!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
