Very little weight loss over the last 3 weeks. Work schedule for a big project has contributed to bad eating with catered food. My "going easy" after a 20 lb loss has got to stop. Hoping, again, to get back on track this week...and its a holiday weekend we are attending a party. Nice. We'll see what happens.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
