On a positive note-I did lose 0.5 pound. Prayers for all that are affected by the flooding and have lost loved ones. Thank you for the prayer for my family members that COVID positive. They are all much better, out of the hospital and on the mend. Be kind, stay safe and have a wonderful day!
297.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
