I know I just posted a weigh in but Saturday is my preferred weigh in day so I’m happy to report a slight loss!

Happy Saturday FSF!!!🤗
247.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the suggestions. I agree about not focusing on the moment. I’ve noticed over time that the best way for me to stay motivated is thinking of my long term goals. Otherwise the pressure builds until I give up. Thanks for your support!
