Good Thursday Morning! Hoping to make some air fried chicken tenders for dinner. I bought some Hazelnut Skinny syrup to help with my sweet tooth. I love Iced Coffee, but must drink decaf - so planning on looking for instant decaf freeze dried coffee. Not even sure they make it. Then I have another helper in my long journey. I am starting my new mini goal, Thanks to all of you for the good vibe and encouraging comment.
299.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
