Woot! Lowest yet!! :D *Does happy dance* Went to the park yesterday and walked/jogged the 1.2 track in 23 mins. ^.^ Part of the track is a paved road that I think is for service use. And I usually jog some of it and see how many of the reflectors I can get past. Until yesterday my high number was 7 reflectors, but yesterday I made it to 10 before having to stop. It was a triumphant moment. Even after 2 months of barely walking, I've been able to get out and jog and start to get back on track. One of these days I want to get out to the park and see how long it takes me to do the track without pushing Jules' jogging stroller.
I'm not sure if I'll make it back to the park today or not. My ankle and foot on the left side were rather achy last night. I have an incredible urge to get out there, but I'll wait to see how my foot is feeling around lunch time and decide if were going or not.
