Been conscious about eating the past week…my biggest hurdle is I simply love french fries, but have not ate a single one! One small achievement at a time…leads to 1 lb lost at a time. Soon, they will add up as the scale goes down. My closet is waiting for me with the sizes I was in 2 yrs ago…time to stay serious and remember that nothing tastes as good as the way I feel when I’m bliss with myself!
