My weight is dropping nicely. Yesterday I reviewed my wardrobe and consigned a large heap of oversize or well worn clothes to the recycling. It was mostly liberating with a small dollop of a painful feeling of waste. A cull was overdue anyway. It has been fortunate that I had hung on to several pairs of quite expensive hiking trousers which now refit me well. Also pleased that I have kept two pairs of Lee Cooper casual shorts that I reckon are around 25 years old that now fit once again! My wardrobe quantity plan is very simple and nominally based on me trying not to have much more than ten of anything. Then I find it easily fits in my allotted storage space I'm within 20% of that for coats, trousers, shorts, shirts, pants, jumpers, shoes and socks - I have counted 15 tee shirts today so a fail on that one. To me if it all doesn't fit on easily on a bed it's too much. For my restock (and all counted above) I have treated myself to three pairs of carefully selected second hand trousers and two shirts from the internet. Plus I have some new shorts, pants and a pair of trainers incoming. Fried breakfast circa 400 calories today was lovely.
