Ok, must have hit some kind of plateau. I have lost a lot of weight since I started the journey but perhaps a goal of 185 was to much. Or, I need to do mor cardio..... don't really like cardio. I am a little conserned about this but 5 lb's in 5 days gained, I sohould be able to lose this with a little sticktoitivness, if that is a word. I have come a long way and am almost there.
