1lb under 19 stone!

However I was 4lb off 20 stone not that long ago, so I’m claiming that as a win.

Despite the fact nobody should be 19 stone ever!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
