ahhh the best laid schemes of mice and men.....so much for the perfect 'fast' day yesterday and a drop in weight today. Id forgotten the 'chocoholic' daughter of mine was coming round for dinner last night, so after a full roast meal, out came the chockies while we played cards for two hours. Ah well, todays another day so this will be a fast day. Shame to record a 300gm increase but that wont take long to knock off now life has returned to normalcy.....well for now anyway.
