Yesterday I identified the quickest walk round my local reservoir, it's mostly road but the final few miles is footpath it totals 9.25 miles and I managed it in 2H45mins. During July I have averaged a walk a day and so far in July I have totted up 153 miles of GPS mapped walking on mapmywalk. Walking is my key exercise to expend calories unfortunately I really struggle with gym type exercises. In the afternoon I was busy in the garden and was extremely peckish last night so had a sneaky cheese and biscuits late on resulting with a slightly below par 1114 calorie deficit. Four more weigh ins to the end the of the month so still a few opportunities to increase Julys weight loss that is already standing at 5 Kg My upcoming latest mini target is to get myself under 13 stone (82.55 Kg) by 5th August when I have my annual health check up at my local surgery. A low key day today pottering around the garden. Just dug up our first new potatoes carrots and spring onions. planning a shortish walk targeting a 1200 calorie deficit. Be good.
