back from a 4 day 🏕 yourh connection and empowerment, camping trip with 3 of my kids. we were off the grid, just about no phone service or internet service. a lot of exercise and sun. I didn't count calories. but ate healthy. but the last night the chef made Dominican Moro de Habichuelas. 😋 haven't had that since I left Connecticut. back on the grind this week 💪🏾
