I cheated again =T. It's hard to deny my fiance "cake" taste testing after the brides to be show....hey, someone's gotta do it.
Not to mention a large slice of her homemade chocolate cake which was probably better than the samples she brought home.
It will be a very strict eating day today that is for sure.
For anyone curious or interested on my workout regiments, I think for my own benefit and others I will try to keep track of it on the journals.....so for today:
Back Workout - Muscle Ups (Pull Up into Dip): 3 reps, 3 reps, 6 reps x bodyweight - Incline Horizontal Pull Ups superset with Cable Pull Over on Exercise Ball: 10 reps + 40lbs x 12 reps, 10 reps + 60 lbs x 10 reps, 10 reps + 70 lbs x 10 reps - Lat Pull Down + Reverse Close Grip Lat Pull Down + Front Lying Cable PullDowns: 100 lbs x 8 reps + 100lbs x 8 reps + 70 lbs x 20 reps [4 sets] - Pull Up Pyramid: 1 through 10 wide grip, 10 through 1 close grip for a total of 110 pull ups.
- HIIT: 10:30 minutes, 25 seconds treadmill (6mph - 10mph), 25 seconds jump rope. Total of 12 rounds.
