Good morning! I’ve hit a temporary plateau regarding my weight loss. I had my gallbladder removed earlier last month. I also currently have GERD. I’m waiting to be scheduled for my Endoscopy procedure. 🙄 I have lost 30 lbs before my gallbladder removal surgery and for some odd reason, it’s a bit difficult to go under 200 lbs. 🙄 I have been calorie counting, eating healthy and vegan with some seafood ( grilled or baked or even boiled). No dairy, spicy, fatty, greasy , citrus, or processed foods. Very rare alcohol consumption. Almost to none. Walking and/or indoor bike peddling. I drink lots of water. No sodas. Ugh! 🙄😔
