Well today was the half way point of the Gold's 12 week challenge. Wish I could I did better than I thought but that's not the case. :( I've stuck to my diet values pretty well, done my cardio almost every day & trained my buns off. However, the scale only shows a 7 pound loss. I did manage to drop 5" in my waist, 4 1/2" in my hips, 1 1/2" in my right thigh (so I'm gonna assume the left did the same) & 2.3% body fat. Although my trainer wants to re-check the body fat before my workout. I AM happy about the 12.25" I've lost in 6 weeks but I just wish I'd seen more movement in my weight and body fat. Oh well, gotta keep my head up & keep pushing.
