Gapapaaaaa. Memang sebaiknya turunnya pelan2 biar lebih baik jangka panjang. Aku diet setahun turun 19kg jadi sebulan cuma turun 1,3-1,5kg aja. Yg penting konsisten jadwal makan dan aktifitasnya. Jgn ekstrim tiba2 defkal banyak2. Semangat ya! 💪🏻
