Finally past the 10 pounds down mark! Hallelujah! I cant believe I actually made it this far. Obviously I have a looooong way to go, but this is a good start. 10 pounds down in about 7ish weeks, not really where I wanted to be, but I know once it gets a lot warmer out, Ill begin my morning running regimen and hopefully be able to lose on a more consistent basis. Until then, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and hope for the best!
156.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
