I would advise to drop that habit and stick to weekly weight checks. Loosing weight and gaining physical strength is not a linear process.
Good luck and never give your own self up!

If daily weigh-ins are impacting you negatively, you may want to consider switching it up. Daily weight fluctuations are super super common (my weight can fluctuate as much as 4lbs in a single day), so some people find it more useful to weigh in daily and watch the moving average over time, and some people find it more useful to weigh in weekly. Find a system that works with you and for you, and not one that's going to tank your progress. ❤️

Have you tried keep track of your measurements- waist - thighs- calves- tush- chest - upper arms …
I have weighed heavier but it was muscle so for clothes and measurements, I was smaller.
It happens- the sauna and a good sweat session can make it fluctuate as well.

Weigh yourself weekly! I found it to be less stressful when I weighed it weekly, instead of daily. Besides, stress can make you gain weight too…. We don’t want that.

I’m a weekly weigher for just that reason. I can’t handle seeing the scale fluctuate daily.
