Alhamdulillah bb turun lg, kmrn sempet berhenti diet dan berganti fokus ke angkat berat, dan akhirnya makan tak terkendali smpai menyentuh lg 79,5 kg kmrn dan mulai 3 hari ini diet lg dan tetap olah raga, bedanya dl pakai treadmill skrng lari keliling kampung (efek treadmill rusak dinamonya) dan berhasil turun BB lg, dikit lg mencapai goal BB yg diinginkan
171.7 lb Lost so far: 44.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
