Doing an extended fast, currently on 44hours... Will probably eat in about 3. Looking forward to it! Been stagnant for a few days but managed -700g this morning. So close to that -20kg mark. Goal of -25kg is in sight 🤩
157.6 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was a water fast... I had scrambled eggs, cheese toastie, plant based boerewors and mushrooms 😋
