Went over on my calories today, but I was so active. I ate to nourish myself for all that activity.
Had a great bike ride, went in the lake, did stretches, then took dog for a walk on a trail. Capped it off with a bonfire. Now I'm on the deck with stars & fireflies gazing at me. I felt like I was on a camping trip, but I didn't have to pitch a tent! What an amazing day!
