Overate, I think, at the beginning of the week. Lesson learned! Got some yoga done this week to compensate and my body responded very well. Decided on a new routine, day 1, lift, day 2, yoga, day three, rest. Repeat. I need more rest than I'd realised.
291.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
